Description
Today I am going to share one of my favorite pork rib recipes with you guys, the Korean-style pork rib and potato.
In the “Korean Style Pan-fried Pork Belly” recipe I shared a couple of weeks ago, I introduced a Korean hot pepper paste. And today, we will need another common seasoning for making Korean food which is the Korean soybean paste in order to make this dish.
I started making the dish by stir-frying the marinated pork ribs for about five minutes over medium heat until they are browned.
Then, I carefully poured in two cups of water, and added the star anise and the Korean soybean paste into the pan and make sure all the ingredients are mixed well.
After adding the potato into the pan, I simmered for another fifteen minutes with the lid on over medium heat until the potato has turned soft and the sauce is thickened.
With a finishing touch of the chopped green onion, this delicious Korean style pork ribs and potato is ready to be served.
Below is a summary of how I made this dish with pictures.
I hope you enjoy making this the Korean-style pork rib and potato at home. If you like this recipe, please leave a rating and share it with your friends!
